DALI4US Concludes in Style: Promotional Gifts for Participants

Teachers and students who took part in the DALI4US project and embarked on four excursions into AI were rewarded with hoodies and T-shirts. Since the activities were part of the broader Pumice initiative, we gave our designer Agnieszka Rovšnik creative freedom to play with our mascot.

The Pumice initiative is known as Gairdin in English, which inspired the design featured on the black hoodies for teachers. The word Gairdin means “garden,” while Pumice means “puma/panther.” This led to the idea: puma among plants. :) We think that the hoodie pairs perfectly with a more playful design of puma on a skateboard, which appears on the white T-shirts for students.

Since 52 teachers and more than 1100 students successfully completed the project, you can imagine that there were quite a few hoodies and T-shirts to prepare. One of our offices at the faculty once again briefly turned into a packing station. We packed all the materials and shipped them to 38 participating schools across Slovenia.

Some teachers have already received their packages, distributed the T-shirts to their students, and reported that they are (as you can see) being worn with great enthusiasm. :)
